can rebuild, adapt, and thrive. We operate as a portfolio of community projects; our first is

RRPN is newly formed and its legal formation is in progress. We are committed to

Yes. Altadena Recovery Watch is our first project, born of the 2025 Eaton Fire, but
RRPN's research, advocacy, and education address the statewide intersection of California law
and local land use — issues that affect rebuilding and adapting communities across the state.
